Commission Procedures
====================================

You pay me half of the total payment, and then I get to work. After finishing it, you pay the final half first before I send it to you via Google Drive or email.
All payments are final, no refunds. Payment via PayPal.Commissions usually take 1-2 weeks. Additional time might be needed for certain things, like:
- "Character-in-Scene" will add another week or two depending on the complexity/perspective of the scene/background.
- Intricate details may add an additional week.
- Very dynamic poses may add an additional week.If you want my work to be faster and add a deadline up to a minimum of 4 days; rush-fees ranges from +50%-+80% increase in total payment.I will send status reports if asked, or with my own volition via DMs in social media.Asking to change something in the middle of the process may cost additional fees. Depending if the change happens in the middle/far-end of the process, and if the change is minimal or very big. It may cost nothing if its a minor change, or will cost 20%+ or more if for example; the change is very big, like a pose or a big detail on the character/background while I'm in the middle of rendering it to a finish. Talk to me about it, and if the change is reasonable and minimal; then there's no charges :}.I may take some creative liberties on certain details that are left vague, indistinguishable, and or not described by you, the client. So if you want the character in a certain pose, or details that you want me to not leave out in the art, please state it beforehand :}

Usage rights
====================================

  • Don't use my artworks for A.I. slop.

  • If you're going to use my artwork for businesses/commercial use such as promotion art, logos, resale, streams, and the likes; it will cost an additional fee of +65% of the total payment. If you want to own the artwork; it will cost another +100% increase to the total payment on top of the previous +65% mentioned previously, Totaling in a +165% increase in total payment if you want the artwork to be yours fully (still, credit me even if you bought the rights.).

  • Legally, I own all the rights to every art that I create; commissioned or not. This means that I can use the art that I made to sell prints, and post it online in my socials (crediting you; the client of course AND especially if its fan art of a character in a game/movie/book that i want to post.). Unless you bought the rights to my artwork, this means that you, the client, cannot sell and or use any of my artworks for prints, online sales, marketing, published materials, or any other merchandise.

  • Using the art that you, the client, commissioned me for profile pictures, banners, posting it in social media (as long as I'm credited) is ok; unless if its for a business account; then it counts as logos/promotional art and you need to buy the rights to my own art first.
